Congratulations

Congratulations my friend !
One of my friend wrote me in email this morning : "Croatians are totally crazy about football, i wish you were here to celebrate with us, you'd be amazed. We all dress in our team clothes, or walk around wrapped in flags:-)) and sing and it is crazy:-)))" The game was held in Europe last night. The popular players were Modric, Olic, Srna etc. I appreciate their team work and wish the best.

सेतिवेनी

सेतिवेणी (वा सेतिवेनी, सेदीवेणी) - यो जोगिमारा नजिक वाट लिइएको तस्विर हो।
यहाँ कालीगण्डकी जलविद्युत परियोजनाको लागी वनाईएको वाँध सिर्जित ताल को निर्माण भएको छ। यो ताल करीव ५.५ कि.मि. लामो छ, आँधिमुहान देखि सेतिवेणी सम्मको यात्रलाई यसले निकै सजिलो वनाईदिएको छ। यो तालको निर्माण पश्चात यस वरिपरि रहेका वासिन्दाहरुको आवत-जावतमा निकै सजिलो भएको छ। आँधि देखि सेतिवेणी सम्मको तीन घण्टा भन्दा वढीको पैदल यात्रालाई यसले सहज तुल्याइदिएको छ एकातिर भने, अर्को तर्फ सेतिवेणीको व्यापारीक परिदृष्य पनि यसले आकर्षक वनाईदिएको छ। व्यापार वढेको छ। पर्वत जिल्लाको शालीग्राम, वाहाकी, टकलाक, विहादी; गुल्मी जिल्लाका अर्वेनी, श्यांजा जिल्लाको पिडीखोला गा.वि.स. हरु प्रत्यक्ष फाइदा प्राप्त गरेका छन् भने ती गा.वि.स. हरु संग जोडीएका वासिन्दाहरु पनि निक्कै लाभान्वित छन्।

गणतन्त्र घोषणाको प्रतीक्षामा जनसमुह

वि.सं. २०६५ जेठ १५ तदनुसार २००८ मे २८ ई.सं. मा काठमाण्डुको वीरेन्द्र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सम्मेलन केन्द्र वाहिर जनसमूहको व्यग्र प्रतीक्षा । गणतन्त्र घोषणाको प्रतिक्षमा म पनि त्यहिं कतै साथीहरु संग थिएँ।
यो ऐतिहासिक क्षणमा मानिसहरु नयाँ वानेश्वरको चोक वरीपरी विहानै देखी खवरदारीका साथ गणतन्त्र घोषणाको प्रतिक्षा गरिरहेका थिए,जुन विहान ११.०० वजे वस्ने संविधानसभाको पहिलो वैठकले गर्ने भनिएको थियो। लगभग १२ घण्टा पश्चात राती ११.२५ तिर घोषणा गरियो।
माथिका तस्विरहरु दिउँसो खिचिएका हुन, जतिखेर मानिसहरु तीव्र घामको परवाह नगरिकन नाचगान र रमाईलो गरि समयको पर्खाइमा थिए।

संविधानसभाको निर्वाचन भएको दिन।

यो तस्वीर मैले मेरो गाउँमा रहेको निर्वाचन वुथमा लिएको हुँ। २०६४ चैत्र २८ को संविधानसभा निर्वाचनमा ।
यो र यस्तै हजारौं गाउँहरु वाट शुरुभएको थियो - नेपालमा गणतन्त्र को स्थापना। आखिर यसको कार्यान्वयन भयो नै।

व्यस्त भएकोले क्षमा है।

स्मरणीय

This photograph was taken in the memorable event in which I participated in Kathmandu. The program was organised to help kidney victims with Ani Choying Dolma, a well known nun from Nepal. She is helping many peoples and organisations form her side in many humanitarian and social aspects. This was one of them, help for Kidney victims. This was a golden oppertunity for me to see the concert. This was pure "adhyatmik" concert. The concert was started with the chanting of some mantras from Buddhist Literatures by Ani - a famous nun, followed by her singings of popular songs.

I also participated in the ceremony, organised by National Kidney Centre. The ticket was provided me by my office. Thanks my office.

I am so sorry for low resolution photograph - due to my camera was not good. It was night and I was in last sit.

This morning I got some wishes in my Mobile SMS. They were Bishnu from Kolkatta, among others.
I also sent some SMSs for some of my foreigner friends, Ana was one of them.
I came in the office at 8 AM and shared new year wishes with friends in office.
